Relationship to the VTI Standard
VTI Frame defines architectural structure. The VTI Standard defines normative criteria for conformity within that structure.
Distinct Roles
- Frame: architectural invariants and separation
- Standard: conformance rules and evaluation criteria
Multiple standards may coexist within the VTI Frame. The Frame itself does not mandate implementations, certify systems, or govern operational deployments.
Architectural definition and normative standards are intentionally
separated to preserve neutrality, extensibility, and independent
governance.
